One-to-One Yoga Tuition
To receive the maximum benefits that yoga can give, a regular practice is required. Lisa teaches students on a one-to-one basis. From this session she is able to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the student and to adjust and advise accordingly. The student receives a home practice which they can follow as often as they choose (usually a 20 minute practice to be used around 5 days of the week). This is particularly helpful when working with specific ailments such as frozen shoulder, painful hips, depression, anxiety, and post traumatic stress disorder but also to maintain muscle tone and strength, joint flexibility, suppleness and a general sense of well being for anyone.
Sessions cost £45 for 1 hour, 30 minutes
What to bring and wear to your Yoga Class
Wear loose and comfortable clothing, such as jogging trousers, leggings, a T shirt and another warmer layer. We practice yoga bare footed too. If you have one bring a yoga mat but if this is your first time and you want to try it out, you can borrow one. It is advisable not to eat for at least one and a half hours before practice. Bring a blanket or shawl for the relaxation practice at the end of the session.
